DM Selling Code — Digital eBook

1. Digital Product

DM Selling Code is a digital PDF eBook delivered electronically after successful payment. Because the product is digital and can be accessed or downloaded immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once the eBook has been delivered or downloaded.

2. Payment or Delivery Problems

If you have been charged successfully but have not received access to the eBook because of a technical problem, please contact us. We will first try to resolve the delivery or access issue.

3. Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally make the same purchase more than once, contact us with the relevant payment details. After verification, the duplicate transaction may be reviewed for a refund.

4. Unauthorized or Failed Transactions

If you believe a payment was made without your authorization, or if your payment was debited but the order was not completed, contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate the transaction.
